Is email marketing included with FracMO CRM, or separate?
FracMO CRM includes basic email campaigns (templates, broadcast, tracking). For advanced features — AI-written campaigns, behavioral automations, predictive segmentation, SMS/WhatsApp, deliverability management — you'll want NWM Email, which is available as a standalone product or bundled with CRM at a discount.
How many emails can I send per month?
Unlimited sends on all plans. Pricing is based on contact list size, not email volume. Send a campaign 10x to the same list — no extra charge.
Can I migrate from Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or ActiveCampaign?
Yes. We migrate contacts, segments, templates, automations, and historical event data from any major email platform. Starter plan: self-serve CSV import. Growth plan: white-glove migration included in setup. Scale plan: full migration handled by our team, with zero downtime for your sends.
Do you set up DKIM, SPF, and DMARC for me?
Yes — all authentication is configured during onboarding. You add a few DNS records (we send the exact values and instructions), and we handle the rest. Gmail/Yahoo 2024 bulk sender rules are enforced by default.
What about GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and Ley 19.628 compliance?
Consent, sender identification, unsubscribe handling and suppression lists must be configured for your campaigns. These controls do not establish legal compliance; regulated requirements need the applicable review.
Can I use my own domain for sending?
Yes. Growth and Scale plans include sending from your own domain (e.g., hello@yourbrand.com). Starter plan uses a shared sending subdomain with your friendly-from name. Upgrades are instant.
Can agencies white-label NWM Email for clients?
Yes. White-label is included in the $1,499/mo White Label plan of our Partner Program. Your clients see your brand, your domain, your support emails. You manage their email campaigns from a unified dashboard and bill them on your invoice.
What integrations are supported?

How fast can I send my first campaign?
Timing depends on domain authentication, list import and brand setup. We confirm readiness and onboarding milestones before the first send.
What if my deliverability drops?
Deliverability depends on authentication, sender reputation, list consent and content. Support coverage and response times must be defined in your agreement; delivery and inbox placement are not guaranteed.
